Belvedere is an absolutely stunning build on the peak of Sealy Lookout Drive, with breath-taking views of the Solitary Islands. Locals will recognise this property as one of the most prestigious in the area, and after careful planning and development of the house surrounded in National Park – the Owner is ready to share this slice of paradise with fortunate holiday guests!
Two bedrooms in a shared house with the owner. Completely off-grid, this property is run entirely from solar power and provides its own rainwater catchment. Luxury and comfort are not compromised with this sustainable build, and you can feel the open air feel of the layout as soon as you walk through the doors. Cleverly designed, there are magnificent panoramic views from every room in the house. With expansive balconies and outdoor dining areas, this is a unique retreat where you can unplug from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature.
The Owner Lin resides at the house and as such, please be mindful of noise levels at night and be respectful of the beautiful surroundings. As the property is off-grid, we ask that guests limit use of power and water - particularly during the night. Guests can retreat to their side of the house with two large balconies featuring stunning views, two gorgeously designed bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there is an entertainment and lounging area to soak up the serenity. The top bathroom is open plan and exposed to the room (and the amazing view). Drinking water will be provided - please note there is no kitchen, outdoor BBQ is provided.
Belvedere sleeps 4 guests comfortably. (There is an additional private retreat on the ground level if you require an extra 2 guests, able to be booked separately or together, Belvedere - The Sanctuary.)
Upstairs (third level): Entertainment and lounge room with ocean views, ceiling fans, large open-plan bathroom and private balcony.
Middle Level: First Bedroom - Queen Size bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and ocean views.
Second Bedroom - Queen Size bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and ocean views. There is a large balcony with outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ with small bar fridge. Spacious bathroom with his and her sinks, complete with bathtub, toilet and shower.
The owner lives on this floor, separated from the guest quarters by an oversized living room. Owner has her own entrance, living room, lounges and kitchen - these are not for guest use.
Private entrance with easy access, only a 15 minute walk to the Forest Sky Pier – (or a leisurely 2 minute drive). Park Beach Plaza Shopping centre is only 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes to choose from. Perfectly located close to many attractions such as Treetops Adventures, the Big Banana Fun Park, The National Marine Science Centre and of course Coffs Coast’s gorgeous beaches. Kayaking, canoeing, bike trails and hiking activities are a must when visiting this area, plenty of information available upon booking.
