It is an exclusive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully self-contained, top floor penthouse situated in the centre of beautiful Boomerang Beach. It is the ultimate in luxury and style with balconies off three sides to capture the magnificent views, and just 80 metres to the beach.
The gourmet kitchen is open plan and enjoys views of the living areas and the Pacific. It is fully equipped and will bring out your best culinary ambitions.
The beautiful main bedroom with en-suite has magnificent sea views from balconies at each end. The bedroom suite is the last word in form and function. It incorporates a lovely area to sit and gaze out over the sand and waves of Boomerang. It is a beautiful retreat from the rest of the apartment if required.
The second bedroom, with its own full bathroom, including bath, has a king bed. These are the same beds that are used at many of the most exclusive resorts in Australia. They are a dream to sleep on.
There are two very large balconies with stylish and comfortable outdoor settings. From one you can watch the sunset and the southern surf break, whilst from the other you can check out the northern surf break. You will spend a lot of time on these balconies, glass in hand, watching the dolphins and whales go by.
The apartment is fully self contained with a TV/DVD player, washing machine and barbeque. There is an iPod Dock in the lounge area and it has an all important Nespresso machine; so pack your favourite pods!

There is parking for two cars in the garage as well as room for the safe storage of all of your water toys.

Bills on Boomerang splendidly accommodates two adults, which is the maximum allowed. Bills is a quiet retreat. Parties or gatherings with non-guests are not permitted. Bills is located in a quiet residential cul de sac, so noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
Easy access to the beach is via a path three doors down from Bills.
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
If your stay coincides with the last weekend of the month head to the Sunday Pacific Palms markets held at the community centre. They have an excellent assortment of craft goods, furniture, plants, soaps, clothing, condiments and food stalls.
