π Downstairs there is a self contained apartment with bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette. Plus another undercover outdoor lounge area. Entry to the apartment is via external access.
π Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Please see below for the sleeping arrangements.

Guests will not have access to the garage or boat shed, there is plenty of off street parking on the driveway for cars and boats.
**Before you contact us please be aware we have a max occupancy of 8 adults. We do allow up to 11 guests in the house however 3 of the beds are suitable for small children only.**
Guest limits are firm, please do not bring extra guests. Our insurance only covers up to 11 guests which only 8 can be adults.
Sorry we do not accept schoolies, bucks, hens and large groups of adults looking to party.
Guests travelling with pets agree to pay for any extra cleaning or damage caused by their pet. Any damage/extra cleaning will be taken from the deposit after checkout.
