"Birbells" is proudly family owned and managed. We aim to provide a more personal experience for our guests by including some special extras to make you feel welcome. While you stay at our home, we want you to feel like it's your home.
Awake to the tranquil and calming songs of the local bird-life and the relaxing sound of the ocean in the distance.
Spend your days fishing or enjoying the wide range of water-sports on offer on the adjacent Forsters Bay, then relax over a wine or palate-cleansing ale as you watch the sun set over the Wagonga Inlet from the covered al fresco entertaining area on the upstairs balcony.

The kids will enjoy the downstairs rumpus room featuring a large flatscreen TV, lots of board games and leather lounges and beanbags to relax in.
The house is perfect for one or two families with sleeping for 4 people upstairs and 2 people downstairs. There are two queen beds upstairs and two king single beds downstairs. The queen beds are positioned in separate bedrooms and the king single beds share a large room. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. We supply pillows and doonas for all beds. Please bring your own linen and towels.
The house features two bathrooms and two toilets - one on each level. The top bathroom includes a shower and bath, and a separate toilet. The facilities on the ground level include a shower, with toilet.
If your family includes a pet, then he/she is most welcome to join you on your holiday in our house, but please keep him/her with you at all times and make sure you clean up any 'accidents', so we don't have to charge you for our cleaners to do so.
Our home away from home, can be your home away from home.
A chilled bottle of champagne awaits you on arrival, as our welcome to you. A selection of teas, coffee pods and hot chocolate sachets are also provided at the start of your stay.
When Narooma gets busy during peak holiday periods, this quiet location remains protected from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. So if peace and quiet is your choice for a holiday, "Birbells" can deliver this.
You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to stunning views - water, mountains AND bush!
Leave the car behind, a variety of water sports are an easy 5-10 minute walk away!
If you're a water sport enthusiast, you can leave your car at home, as many activities are an easy 5-10 minute walk away at Narooma Marina, including: stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boating. You can also hire a fishing boat, if you'd like to drop a line in Forsters Bay - no boat licence is required. BBQ Boats are also available for hire for a great day out on Forsters Bay.
If you're bringing your own watercraft with you, the local launching ramp is a mere 100 metres away.
If you love seafood, but prefer that someone else catches and cooks it for you, the local seafood restaurants and takeaways are a leisurely 5-10 minute stroll away.
If the beach is more to your liking, Bar Beach is a five minute drive away, or an easy 20-30 minute walk.
A final note - and we apologise for having to make this point - as we pride ourselves in providing quality family holiday accommodation, and not a party venue, we do not generally accept bookings from groups of unrelated adults. If you are a group wishing to holiday at Birbells, please make an advance enquiry with your details before booking.
