Birdsong Retreat is a quiet oasis nestled amongst the trees only minutes to the Coffs Harbour & Sawtell beaches. Situated 4km to Coffs International Stadium & the Hospital - Coffs Harbour Health Campus, 6km to Sawtell, 10 minutes to Coffs Jetty & The Bonville International Golf Club. This beautiful home has a large deck with stunning mountain views and is pet friendly to well behaved, outdoor pets. The functional interior has all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy your visit to the Coffs Coast.
Guests will enjoy the seclusion of the home being located among the forests and farms on a private bitumen driveway. The home has no highway, train or airport noise, an abundance of birds, the odd wallaby, echidna and koala and a complete sense of peacefulness which belies the convenience of how close you’re placed to town. Well trained pets are welcome - outdoors only please.

The functional kitchen is equipped with coffee maker and all the mod cons you’ve come to rely on and the family and lounge rooms have plenty of space to spread out and relax in with Netflix provided. There is a dining room with a large table seating six just off the kitchen.
Outside is an enormous covered deck with spacious seating for six, a Webber BBQ and a comfy futon and a hammock to relax in. The large backyard and front deck areas have secure fencing which can be locked.
The main bedroom is spacious and offers a queen bed and ensuite with the large window looking out over forested mountains. It has ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The other two bedrooms also have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans and both have queen beds and mirrored wardrobes. The main bathroom has a large open shower and a lovely deep bath tub. The vanity area is conveniently placed just outside the main bathroom which makes sharing the space really functional. There is a third toilet in the laundry.
Coffs Harbour Education Campus, Southern Cross University and the Coffs Harbour Airport are all within a short drive, a perfect location for visiting professionals transferring to the Coffs Coast for work commitments with short to medium term accommodation options available.
The whole home is offered for guests to enjoy, perfect for couples or a family vacation with both single level vehicle access as well as enough room downstairs for three undercover car parks.
Full use of the garden and yard along with herbs to add some flavor to your breaky! There is a secure fenced yard & deck area for young children or pets.
A large secure parking area is available for extra vehicles and trailers.
Outdoor, well trained pets are welcome, there is a large fenced yard & deck area available and we ask that you clean up after your pets on your departure. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet per stay and acknowledgement of our pet policy is required.
Firewood is available from local service stations to use in the outdoor fire.
