Additionally, please be aware that a $500 security deposit will be required. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property upon your departure. The reservation price is based on a minimum of (4) guests. Additional guests are charged per person per night. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please enter the correct number of guests (children under 2 are free) when booking.
We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.
Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.

We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
