Blossom Cottage is a non-smoking and pet free property with an air conditioner to cool the family room in summer , a gas log fire to warm the whole house in winter and unlimited free wifi with Netflix . As noted in the reviews , this property is kept clean and maintained well by a professional cleaning service with access to a linen service which launders the motel quality sheets and towels . We have always provided hand wash , soap , disinfectant , toilet paper and tissues for the past 16 years in our effort to provide a high standard of hygiene .
Walk to local attractions such as the bookshop , antique shops , shoe shop , clothes shops , art galleries and specialty shops or weekend markets less than a block away . Eat out at the restaurants, pubs and cafes just up the road. Picnic at one of the local parks or a family BBQ just around the corner.
The Blue Mountains Elvis Festival is on 3 -6 March 2022 , The Blue Mountains Music Festival is in Katoomba 18 , 19 and 20 March 2022 and the Blackheath Rhododendron Festival is on 5 November 2022 and Blossom Cottage makes a great base for attending these events or the Ultra Trail each May .
You can the Campbell Rhododendron Gardens all year round or picnic at Blackheath Memorial Gardens and pool December to April .
