Ceiling fans in main living areas and are on timers to save power when not at unit. Huge undercover BBQ area. Plenty of parking and fire pit. There are NO power points for external devices as this property is powered by solar and back up batteries. This means, NO games stations, sleep apnea machines, toasters, kettles, coffee machines etc. There is however two USB charging points for charging phones etc.
