Born Kraal is a one-of-a-kind family home equipped with a resort-style swimming pool, incredible lush surroundings and uninterrupted views; you’ll be in heaven during your stay. With four bedrooms and Three bathrooms, there’s space for both entertaining and unwinding, with a considered design complimented by lush furnishings.
Respectfully named after the African term Kraal, an enclosed area where you keep your precious possessions safe, is our newest Byron home, ‘Born Kraal’. This wonderful property is home to one of the oldest historical Moreton bay fig trees in New South Wales and is surrounded by captivating lush green surroundings that allow you to immerse yourself in nature. The vast family home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with timber roofing throughout, adding to the serenity and rustic feel of the home. Stylish furnishing adds a modern touch throughout, with contrasting textures and materials creating visual cohesion and points of difference. Additional features include a rumpus room and study. At the heart of the home, you’ll find the stunning kitchen, with world-class amenities, an earthy palette and an extended bench that doubles as an entertaining space. The spacious zone permits all guests to assist with food preparation or to simply sit and share conversations over the bench while gazing out onto the lush greenery. This heart flows into the living room and then out onto a patio, featuring comfortable sitting zones and the option of all windows, creating a constant flow of air and light throughout the space. Take note of the living room furnishings, which are European antiques from the early 1800s. Venture outside, and you’ll find an incredible outdoor entertainment system and a resort-style swimming pool complete with sun lounges making for a perfect spot for fun-filled, sun-soaked days that drag into the evening. Or daydream while you sit back and soak up the incredible uninterrupted views of the farmland and coastline. Continue out of the house, and you’ll find a fire pit surrounded by chairs, perfect for cooler evenings or even without the fire; it makes for a serene spot for an afternoon drink.
The Area: Perfectly located in a peaceful, prime hinterland position, you’ll feel immersed in nature but within reach of the action. Being near Newrybar Village, you won’t have to travel far to find incredible shops and cafes, but you jump in the car and you’ll find yourself in the Byron centre within 20 minutes. Pristine white sands and blue water at Broken Head beach, which is a short drive from the home.

Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Requests will be considered based on the pet’s size, breed, and toilet-training. A pet bond is required before check-in. Unauthorized pets will incur penalties and may result in cancellation of the booking.
