Summary: We had a family holiday (6 adults & 2 children) here to give everyone a chance to relax and enjoy nature. The accommodation is flexible and we were very comfortable with plenty of spaces to be alone or to enjoy group activities. The fire pit and BBQ with a lovely outdoor seating / dining area was well used and enjoyed by us. The well stocked kitchen meant catering for all was easy and with an additional fridge/freezer helped store our shopping. There is no shop nearby so advance shopping is essential. Great views down to the river with easy access and use of paddleboard and inflatable was great. The pool/spa with views for miles was perfect for cooling off and great for the little ones. The owners are very friendly and helpful and with good advise on where to go, feeding the farm animals (horses, donkeys, alpaca and geese) and how to spot the resident platypus - which we managed to do!! A lovely place to stay to relax and enjoy and appreciate nature.
