Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location. Great views of the ocean.

Negative: The decking has nails sticking up from the wood, we pushed them back down but they kepted popping up again. Some of the wood needs replacing some much needed maintenance. 3 of us caught our feet on the nails sticking out of the decking. House was not overly clean. BBQ hadn't been cleaned.
