Looking further, you'll find two generous living areas perfect for relaxation, along with a fantastic man cave (or teen retreat) featuring a pool table, couch and large TV for catching all your favourite sports action.
With some kangaroo paw plants in the front garden—they're a delightful hint that this estate is home to a lively population of kangaroos! These locals can often be spotted during the early morning and at dusk, providing a fun and memorable experience for children and adults alike. It's a little slice of wildlife wonder right at your doorstep! If that's not enough action for you, the house is a 2 minute walk to the Broadbeach Health Club where you can access indoor heated and outdoor pools, a large spa and the gym.

There is a seperate powder room/toilet upstairs. fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry space, and 2 generous open-plan living areas with large TVs. Full linen and bath towels are included in the price and there is ample parking for vehicles.
