Our wonderful, light & peaceful abode is situated in the heart of Brunswick Heads. Everything this delightful coastal village has to offer is within a short walk -Beach & River 5 min
Although central, it’s tucked away with plenty of privacy and has it’s own private outdoor area adorned with plants & flowers.
Situated over 2 floors, and sleeping up to 6 people, it’s a perfect place for a large family or group of friends to stay and explore the delights of the Byron Shire & beyond
Byron only 15min drive, Mullumbimby - 10 min drive
Enter through a main gate off of one of Brunswick Heads' main streets and into the private patio area. Once inside, you are greeted with a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, stunning island, perfect for breakfast.
Dining table with seating for 6 guests and a comfy lounge area with sofa and day bed.
KITCHEN
Bean to cup Breville coffee maker, dishwasher, all cooking necessities and oven make for an easy stay If you wish to dine at home. If not, there is an abundance of eateries and cafes to choose from, right on your doorstep!
Please note that there is no TV but, great WIFI for streaming.

Upstairs
Coming off the upstairs hallway to the right, there are 2 separate, good-sized Queen bedrooms both with ample storage.
To the left and down 2 steps, there is an extra lounge area and 2nd bathroom. This lounge area is where 2 extra guests can sleep on 2 x large single foam mattresses.
Please note that this second upstairs lounge area is not closed off and you must walk through it to reach the upstairs bathroom.
Upstairs bedrooms have their own hallway , separate from the upstairs lounge.
An AC unit positioned upstairs, cools or heats the entire house.
