The 3 studios are under the same roof and share a verandah.
The studios are king-size rooms, containing a large ensuite (and description below). No linen required. All studios have full glass wall/doors leading out to the 20 metre verandah facing north and Dubbo. The studios enter onto a 20 metre verandah facing north and Dubbo:
1. Heritage Studio (red wall in photos on website) has a king bed, single bed with trundle, sleeps 4 comfortably.
2. Aqua Studio (aqua wall in photos on website) has king bed, 2 single beds, sleeps 4 comfortably.
3. Earth Studio (beige wall in photos on website) has a king bed and single bed, sleeps 3.
A light breakfast is provided: juice, fruit, cereal, toast with spreads, loose tea or ground coffee.

“Cook yourself Pack” on the verandah BBQ - $15 pp.
Cereal, milk, tea/coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, bread for toasting, spread & fruit.

For you to self-cater, we have a full semi-outside kitchen with stove, hooded gas BBQ, sink, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, regular size fridge, wood pizza oven and hutch with everything you might need (plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, bowls, platters, cooking utensils, wash basin, tea towels, drainer etc) in the games room. There is also a heat bead Webber and 8 burner gas grill BBQ.
There are wonderful natural surrounds, including a lovely view of the Dubbo countryside and town (the closest shops) 15km in the distance.
Should you intend to bring a pet ($10 per night per pet)you need to inform Judy.
WiFi is only available in communal areas as studio walls are fire resistant.
There are wonderful natural surrounds, including a lovely view of the Dubbo countryside and town in the distance, games room and animals (including dog) for you to enjoy and relax. The garden is littered with toys and equipment (trampoline, climbing frame, sand digger, table tennis etc…to amuse the children, and allow the adults to sit up on the elevated veranda to enjoy a wonderful time of peace and enjoy a drink or two in the rural surroundings.
Huge parking at the top of the driveway where you see large gate entrance and small walk-in gate.
Well behaved animals are welcome (approval by management and Pet Policy). Yard is fenced and there is plenty of lawn and shady trees to enjoy. Pets are allowed into studios and may stay inside while you are out only with approval. Should it rain your pet has the verandah and games room for shelter.
