Beautiful gardens surround the property with a lovely lawned area as well. The outside undercover area with tv and lights is perfect for those warm summer nights.
Inside on the bottom level you will find a fully equipped kitchen a laundry with washer and dryer. A sunken lounge room and the master bedroom with ensuite.
The top level holds 3 more bedrooms a family bathroom and a second lounge room with 2 sofa beds.
There a 5 tvs through out the house 2 living areas 3 toilets and a big backyard With car parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
