If that particular issue is not resolved by the guest, it will lead to automatic termination of the stay and the guest will lose their refund. Please ensure the bedroom door is always closed out of respect for guests who are sleeping. There is an onsite personnel who will come and go to ensure that the property is running smoothly, and accordingly every day. Any extra guests that are not in the reservation will lead to automatic termination of your reservation. This will include NO REFUND. Everyone who has a car parked on the premises, should be at the property at all times. If you are blocked, and the person on the assigned parking is not answering, please call and we will handle the towing situation. Place name on Parking Whiteboard located on refrigerator. Please ensure your parking space, with your name, and contact, date of arrival, time of arrival, and time you plan to leave. This is to ensure that the home is ready for the next guest, and also to ensure there is no issue with the parking situation. If you park in slot 1-4, please be aware that you may be asked to move the car, if you are blocking the car in front of you. No car can be requested to be moved from 8pm-8am, so if you park your car in slot 1-4, please understand that your car might be inaccessible, and NO BE able to be USED during this time. If you are not using your car during the day and plan to Uber, please drive your vehicle to the Walmart that is less than 5 minutes away. You can leave your car at Walmart and then Uber to your destination. This is to ensure no car is parked there if you are not on the premises. Lastly, Please respect check-in and check-out times. There are no exceptions to check-in and check-out times unless discussed with the host in advance. Staying over your designated reservation time will incur a $50 late checkout fee.
