Where will I be?
Bunker House has the prime location in Gerringong being just a stone's throw away from Werri Beach and a short 8 minute stroll to Gerringong village and its local cafes and restaurants. There's plenty to see and do around the local area, including bushwalking, surfing, and kayaking, as well as numerous beautiful local wineries and pristine golf courses. The famous Berry is a 15 minute drive.

How is the property laid out?
Bunker House is a modern 3 level, fully automated smart home. The top level is open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a butler's pantry, 2 ovens, and cooktop. This level opens to the large outdoor area with heated lap pool, entertaining area including lounges and outdoor dining, as well as a grassed area with sun lounges and fire pit.
On the second level, there is the master bedroom with private balcony, and ensuite with bathtub and shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and an further two bedrooms with one queen bed and one king single in each of these. All of these bedrooms have ensuites and TVs. There is an additional living area with TV, and a covered verandah with hot tub!
The ground level features an third living area that is very spacious and an additional full kitchen. There are two additional bedrooms on this level - one with queen bed and ensuite, and a second bedroom with 2 queen beds. The gym and steam room are located on this level also.
What about outdoors?
There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas at Bunker House. The large outdoor entertaining deck is located off the upstairs living area and includes the swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs, and lounge area. There is also a grassed area with sun lounges and a fire pit. On the second level there is a covered outdoor deck where the spa is located, as well as a private balcony accessed from the master bedroom.
Staying warm or keeping cool
Bunker House has ducted air conditioning and heating, as well as a gas fireplace in the living room on the top level.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided at this property.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for four cars in the driveway, and plenty of street parking available. Please do not park close to the garage door as this is a tilt garage door and can damage your car if it is parked too close.
