Cook up some culinary delights in the contemporary kitchen with 900mm gas hot plate and electric oven. This property sleeps up to 9 people with 3-bathroom areas and ample space for guests to unwind. The property has 2 living areas including a theatre room complete with surround sound system and foxtel.
Featuring a large private outdoor deck area with sunken spa, outdoor shower, kitchen with built in BBQ & bar fridge and outdoor TV. this is the perfect space for dining and relaxing with the whole family, overlooking the rear garden with pizza oven. Guests can cook up a storm in the outdoor Pizza Oven whilst relaxing by the fire pit. There is plenty of wood supplied to cater for both.
The property has a 3-car garage plus external boat storage space, perfect for bringing the leisure craft along with you.

We are a short drive or walk to the beautiful Burrill Lake Inlet, with swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, boating and fishing on offer. We are a five minute drive to the town of Ulladulla and restaurants and a five minute walk to the beautiful Racecourse Beach.
Some of the area’s best local cafes, fresh seafood, bakery and shops are close by. Milton is a short drive with a great range of cafes, The Milton Hotel and wine bars. Cupitts Winery is a short 5-10 minute drive and the famous Mollymook Beach, with our local clubs offering a courtesy bus service.
