Looking for an inexpensive lake house for a family holiday, or a couples retreat look no further than Burrill Lake Views. This two story property set on the high side of Canberra Crescent, Burrill Lake with front facing verandah has impressive ocean views, views of Dolphin Point, Burrill Lake township and of course Burrill Lake. What a magic place to sit with your cuppa or vino and watch the sun rise & set.
Enjoy a romantic weekend away, with indoor and outdoor living including a wood fireplace, master bedroom and bathroom on the top floor or for a family weekend away the downstairs area of the home is a perfect space for the kids.
For the keen surfers, you can check the surf at Dolphin Point break from the balcony.
Located just a stroll from the famous Burrill Lake Fish & Chip Shop, Lagom Bakery, Burrill Bottle-Shop and just over the bridge you will find Burrill Lake IGA, news-agency, hair dresser & Rosie Oats Cafe. Burrill Lake Lions Park is great for the kids to have a play, run around or bike ride along the bike track and if you continue walking around the Lions Park you will find affectionately named by locals The Big Fig Tree and a small little fishing jetty's along the waters edge, great for the kids to try their hand at fishing.
The upstairs of the property features a master bedroom, renovated main bathroom, combined kitchen, dining with air-conditioning, whilst the living area features a wood fireplace opening out to long deck with outdoor lounging to soak in all the views.
There is no internal access between the two levels, access is via external stairs at the rear of the house only.
The downstairs area of the property features two bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry with a washer dryer, toilet and vanity. There is internal access to the garage suitable for parking for smaller cars only or housing kayaks, surfboards & fishing gear whilst you are out exploring our beautiful area.
Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach towels.

Please do not book if you are a hens, bucks, school leavers group or a party of any kind. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
