Welcome to `Busselton by the Bay`
The perfect family holiday home for you to have the most wonderful holiday with your extended family or friends.
Just a few hundred metres to the beautiful blue waters of Geographe Bay. Go for a swim or walk to the Jetty foreshore and enjoy the attractions.
Maybe you`d like to explore the shops in Queen St or Prince St, or the restuarants and cafes, just a ten minute walk away.
The home is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven and gas cooktop, and microwave. The living area offers reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort and high speed internet. (800mbs). Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on those cool winter nights.
There`s an enclosed backyard, and the patio area has an outdoor dining setting and gas barbeque for your convenience. There`s lots of space both inside and outside for family fun. Plenty of room for the kids to play. In the back shed there`s a pool table, a table tennis and games to enhance the family fun.
The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities.

Your ID (Driver`s Licence ) will be required. Also the names of all guests staying at the house as per the City of Busselton`s Holiday Homes Local Law.

Check out is 9.55am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your requests if we can.
Must be over 21 years old to book, no teenager bookings.
NB: Do not bring firewood with you from quarantine areas ie: Perth Greater Region. Buy firewood local.

House Rules for Short-Term Holiday Accommodation
By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
A government-issued ID (e.g Driver’s License) must be provided within 48 hours of booking.
Names of all guests, including children, must be submitted for council compliance.
Bookings must be made in the name of the staying guest; third-party bookings are not allowed. Guest numbers must not exceed the confirmed amount. Unregistered guests will incur additional charges.
No pets allowed.
You are responsible for damages, breakages, or excess cleaning. Fees will apply for damage, missing keys, or dirty furniture.
Domestic and recycle bins must be put out for collection on Monday night. A $20 charge applies for failure to do so.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; see modem for password.
Date changes within two weeks incur a $200 fee, refundable if the original dates are rebooked.
The property is for accommodation only. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise violations may lead to eviction without refund.
Maximum of 3 cars for parking.
You must supply your own firewood during winter.
Clean the BBQ after use or incur a $40 cleaning fee.
Turn off air conditioning when not in use. Excessive usage may result in extra charges.
Respect neighbors. Parties may result in eviction with no refund.
Smoking and candles are not allowed.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Lost items can be returned for a fee.
Insects and critters may occasionally visit. Insect repellent and fly killer are provided.
Pollen may cause issues for allergy sufferers, especially in November.
Lawn mowing may occur during summer stays.
Leave the property hygienically clean, empty bins, and leave used towels in the laundry. Check out by 10 am. Turn off all appliances and lock doors.
Any changes to these rules must be arranged in writing with the owner.
