CATERING, BBQ AND SELF CATERING
Catering can be arranged. There is a full kitchen and two BBQs with side burners and a teriyaki plate for cooking, plates, bowls, cutlery and utensils for your use. We provide BBQ tools and everything you need in the way of condiments and equipment. If you need anything else, please just let us know. We are happy to provide if we have it.
We do not accommodate leavers to please do not email us.

There is a "local's Fishing Beach", a possum trail, bird hide and the Forest Adventures High Rope and Archery Park very close by. Bike lanes, safe roads and the Tuart Forest National Park just next door. Our resident kangaroos and possums on the property and the Wonnerup Inlet to explore at the end of our street.
The kids (and the big kids) will just love this. Have a look at the Forest Adventure Ropes Course in Tuart Drive (just down the road)
You can enjoy the foreshore area with the Busselton Jetty Underwater Observatory and the Skate Park
You are close to the Margaret River region, spectacular coastline and the many wineries and attractions this amazing region has to offer.

RATES, PARKING, CLEANING, BOND, FEES
All bedrooms have their own private en suite bathroom facilities. All have hotel linen, air conditioning with personal remote, TV, DVD player, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, hair dryer, iron and board, wardrobes, table and chairs and private locks on doors. Some have veranda seating, some pool view.
All bedroom have a one queen bed and some have extra single bed (fees apply). Base price includes up to 8 queen rooms with 8 queen beds for up to 16 guests. Extra fees apply for more guests and beds.
Extra bedrooms accommodating 2 guests incur an extra fee.
There is sufficient parking on hard stand for all rooms and space for boats, trailers, horse floats etc. Please advise your requirements.
Portable cool rooms and/or refrigerated trucks connected to our power source incurs $10 per day fee.
Cleaning and Linen Fee $350 for 8 rooms, extra rooms will be $25 per room clean.
Bond $600 refundable Recycling Bond $65 within 7 days of departure.
