There are walking tracks to explore the surrounding bushland, with the Otways National Park as the back boundary. Some use the property as a base for the Great Ocean Walk.
Located only 19.6 km from Apollo Bay elevated above Cape Patton and 5 km to Kennett River where you can enjoy the beautiful beach, this property offers both privacy and seclusion.
The property is designed in three zones. Entering the property via a breezeway into a beautifully designed open plan kitchen, dining and living area with unsurpassed views of Bass Strait, Apollo Bay and Otway National Park you are immediately greeted by a flood of natural light.
You also enter via the breezeway into a second wing, where you will find four modern bedrooms all with stunning views of the ocean and Otway National Park. Lots of books to read and board games, or work from the wilderness with fast and reliable Starlink internet.
The bathroom is also located in this wing and offers a deep bath where you can just relax and enjoy the views from the window overlooking the ocean. Alternatively, enjoy an exterior shower designed and built into natural rock.
The bottom level consists of 2 sets of bunks, a second living area and more fantastic views.
The kitchen is set up for people that like to cook. Plenty of fresh herbs.
