walk from the beautiful ocean coastline of the exclusive St Andrews Beach.
It's light and bright with floor to ceiling windows all round and wonderful balconies from different rooms in a tranquil and private setting.
The lower level has a huge open plan living area with gas fire and reverse cycle air conditioning, dining table for 8 plus a beautiful timber feature wall, sourced from an old news agency in St Kilda. There are floor to ceiling windows and doors going out on to the lower deck and alfresco dining area. This is a fabulous entertaining area, protected from the elements which has a swim spa AND an 8 person spa beside it plus an outdoor shower.
There is a gorgeous state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone bench tops and bollards from Sydney Harbour complete the beachy feel.
There is a large bedroom on this lower level with built in robes, a tri-bunk an ensuite and a double shower.
On the upper level there is a second living area with A/C and large doors that open out on to a rear north facing deck with lovely treetop views to Arthurs Seat.
Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are both a good size, both have BIR and and access to their own balconies. (Tri-bunks in each)
Bedroom 4 is the oversize master/parents retreat with walk in robe, full ensuite with double shower and double vanities, a study nook, sitting area, access to both front and rear decks and treetop views from every window.
There is a family bathroom on the upper level plus a European laundry and plenty of parking, 3 bathrooms in total.
This is a truly unique and delightful beach house, we provide starter essentials like tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc so just turn up and relax - you might never want to leave.
Bedding configuration is as follows:
Master has a king bed
Bed 2, 3 and 4 all have the same, ie a tri bunk (double bed on bottom and single on top
Please note that linen and towels can be hired at an additional cost however there are doonas and pillows on all beds should you wish to bring your own.
Additional funds are required for a security bond.
Surcharge may apply for a Sunday or Public Holiday check in.
For added security when the property is vacant, there are external surveillance cameras to the front and rear of the property.
NO SCHOOLIES
While we have not had any issues with our lovely guests, we are required to make you aware of some local rules that apply to all short term rentals on the Mornington Peninsula, these include:
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No loud or aggressive behaviour.
- Guests must only park onsite.
- Outdoor areas cannot be used between 11pm and 7am
- Neighbours have the right to call the property manager if they feel any of the rules are being broken or guests behaviour is impacting them, to which the property manager must respond immediately.
- Failure to comply with the local shire rules will result in termination of the rental agreement and guests will be required to leave immediately.
