Brand new Casa Carrera has been designed as the ultimate space for racing enthusiasts to relax after an thrilling day at The Bend Motorsport Park with a spa, extensive living area and ample outdoor entertaining. Suitable for whole racing teams or bring the family along to enjoy some down time at the river after the excitement at The Bend. Located in Wellington Marina only a short drive of 10 minutes away from Tailem Bend and the Motorsport Park. We are located in a quiet neighborhood - please respects residents and other holidaymakers by keeping the noise to a reasonable limit.
The space
Large and open plan with stone and timber throughout, Casa Carrera is modern but blends perfectly with the rugged nature it is surrounded by.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the main feature with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, a romantic and cozy gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
No free to air TV channels available. Netflix and apps to watch ABC, SBS, Channel 9 on demand are preinstalled - smart tv to stream from your phone. Unlimited Wifi.
Bedroom configuration:
Master bedroom with queen bed & baby cot
2nd bedroom with queen bed
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined to have a king bed)
Double bunk beds - custom built bunk bed with 2 double mattresses - each 140cm wide. Bunk beds are located outside of bedroom 2 and 3 - not in a separate room.
Private river access with big jetty to tie down your boat or jetski. Public boat ramp located opposite of property. Wellington Marina is a strictly 4 knots zone. Speeding within the Marina will be reported - the main river is only a couple of minutes away where you can go faster.
