*LOCATION:
Casa Del Mar 38 is an architect designed Villa built in the Spanish style for holiday use first and foremost and ensuring comfort for both the hot summer and cold winter months.
Situated just 50 metres from the beach, accessed via a concrete path and a state of the art staircase leading directly onto the beach. In summer the beach has its own lagoon, clean sand, clean water and a good fishing spot to boot.
The famous Yanchep Lagoon is situated a short walk 500m up the beach.
*THE VILLA:
The Villa’s high raking ceilings in the lounge, kitchen and living areas gives an atmosphere of spaciousness and relaxation.
The lounge area has a ceiling fan for the hotter months and a slow combustion wood fire for the colder weather with free wood supply.
A large 55 inch LED TV, Blue Ray DVD/CD player all connected to a surround sound system.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove/oven, microwave oven, automatic De Long coffee machine, dishwasher and all crockery, glassware etc
*BEDROOMS:
The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hot/cold water showers plus a hot water shower outdoors for rinsing off when coming from the beach
All three bedrooms have modern reverse cycle air-conditioning ensuring a comfortable sleep in all weather.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds with the third bedroom having a large double bunk bed, which can comfortably sleep two people on the bottom bunk and one on top, the kids love it!!
The master bedroom has an ensuite with the second bathroom doubling as a laundry equipped with a modern washing machine, ironing board etc.
Blankets, quilts and cushions are supplied however queen size sheets pillow cases and towels are NOT supplied. (if requested can be made available at an additional moderate charge).
*OUTDOORS:
The outdoors patio attached to the house is fully paved has a tile covered area and pergolas covered by grapevines and is fully equipped with Gas BBQ and a Wood fired Barbecue , outdoors table, chairs and a hammock.
A wonderful place to relax and catch the sea breeze, off the ocean, on a summer evening.
Further out the back is a large tile-covered gazebo and for the "Brave" a Pizza Oven, plants and a lawn.
*POOL:
The pool is a shared pool and only available to staying guests from the four stand alone Villas which surround the pool and is accesed by a personal key.
The pool is surrounded by tropical palm trees and gardens and a really fun place to be on a hot day.
Casa Del Mar 38 was built for holiday accommodation first and foremost and has certainly lived up to that ideal. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Conveniently located close to a large shopping centre, parks, golf course and restaurants. Aldi is also now up the hill but not far away
