You'll have the perfect view to watch the kangaroos jump up through the vacant block next door as they transition from the golf course back up to the reserve. There is also a BBQ, weber and outdoor setting on the back deck with outdoor lighting when it gets dark.

1 QB with heater (in Winter), Smart TV and chest of draws for storing clothes. Room opens out to the backyard with blockout curtains.
1 DB, bedside tables and a lamp. Room has a heater in Winter and is locked if less than 9ppl are booked for.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.
