Feel the stress drain away as you arrive at Watership Down and are greeted by the sound of abundant native birds, the inquisitive alpacas and friendly horses. The country farm house which was built in 1910 is set on 5 acres in a peaceful valley, close to beaches, shops, and all other conveniences. Enjoy a cool drink overlooking the pretty valley beside the large swimming pool or the outdoor fire place.
The house contains 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one with a double bed, and an extra sofa bed with a double mattress. All bedrooms have access to the balcony via sliding doors which is also a great place to read a book or enjoy an afternoon drink overlooking the dam and paddocks. Bathrooms consist of ensuite to the main bedroom and a shared family bathroom. The main living area downstairs is open plan kitchen, dining, lounge with slow combustion fire, plus a separate cozy tv room upstairs.
Guests have access to the whole property excluding shed. Please note we stay onsite far enough away from the house for your complete privacy, but are always available to welcome and assist you during your stay. We always have access to shed.
Guests are limited to the original number at time of booking.
Any extra guests not included on original booking attaract a $50 fee per head per night.
