Whether you're getting away for a family holiday or a break with friends The Beach House is the perfect place to escape.
Just over an hour from Sydney it's close enough for a hassle free holiday or a weekend escape.
For a family trip we have plenty to keep the kids amused so the parents can relax. Board games, toys, Foxtel, big backyard. Close by we have the beach, a park, a skatepark, bowling, shops and cinemas, even a Carnival.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook along with a Nespresso coffee machine. A choice of areas to relax and enjoy your time, the breezy front deck, sofa on the back deck or the super comfy couch in the lounge.
As you enter you'll climb the Tasmanian Oak staircase up to the main part of the house. You'll find an open living area featuring the custom designed kitchen. The house has been perfectly designed for coastal living with louvre windows throughout to catch the sea breeze.
The lounge room opens out onto a large balcony with bifold doors. Featuring a 65 inch LCD TV and Foxtel. It's the perfect spot to lie back and relax for the evening. Reverse cycle air conditioning cools or heats the house when you want that extra bit of comfort.
There are 3 bedrooms which are all located upstairs off the living area.
The main bedroom has a King bed and bifold doors opening out onto the balcony. The 2nd room has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed, enabling the house to sleep a total of 6 people.
Downstairs there is a large deck opening out onto the backyard. Spend your evenings relaxing on the outdoor sofa while the kids play or hanging with friends under the festoon lights.
The kids will never be bored with the big back yard and a park and beach down the road.

- We have security cameras on the outside of the house. They do not film any living areas and are just there to protect the house. We also have noise monitors to alert us in the event of a party or excessive noise.
Things To Do Nearby
In the mornings it's only 100m stroll down to local shops and cafe for your morning paper and a hot breakfast. There is also a bakery, general store, post office, chemist, hairdresser and 2 takeaway shops.
50m away there's a park for the kids to play.
250m down the road is Bateau Bay beach. An untouched beach and a favourite with the locals. Perfect for the family, with plenty to do. The bay is protected by an outer reef and provides a safe swimming bay, protected surf and low tide rock pools.
A bit further down the road is Shelly Beach. A long stretch of sand with great waves, a patrolled area and a surf club that serves a beautiful breakfast.
Across the road is Shelly Beach Golf Club where you can enjoy a game of golf or a meal and a drink.
If you like to bush walk the Wyrrabalong National Park walking track runs along the coast here with amazing views. There's many different walks you can do ranging from 15 minutes through to 3 - 4 hours.
If you like to eat out there's an Italian restaurant just down the road, along with a pizza shop, fish and chips, bowling club or golf club, all within walking distance.
Local Attractions
If you like to shop, there's great shopping at Bateau Bay Square, a 2 minute drive away.
You'll also find shopping and movies at Erina Fair and Tuggerah Westfield only 15 minutes away.
The Entrance is only 10 minutes away and has heaps to do with movies, pelican feeding, shopping and some lovely restaurants.
Visit the Treetop Adventure Park and swing through the trees about 15-20 minutes away in Ourimbah state Forest.
Wander the local markets on the weekends.
Only 40 minutes to the Hunter Valley.
