It has all living and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms downstairs, with another 2 bedrooms located upstairs. It is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach or to the shops and tavern.
You can take a walk to the Lobster Shack for lunch or to Seashells Cafe for coffee overlooking the bay. This is the perfect house for a short or long-term stay. Enjoy drinks & a BBQ on the back patio, which is well protected and overlooks a huge, grassed back yard. There is also a grassed front yard, as well as plenty of parking for vehicles and boats.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x Q, 1 x SNGL/1 X KS), 2 bathrooms/toilets, huge kitchen, lounge, laundry.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x Q, 2 x SNGLS), one is more like a fully enclosed sleep out.
You need to bring your own:

Cervantes can be as busy or as relaxing as you want. You can take a drive to the Pinnacles or close to town is Lake Thetis. Hangover Bay and Kangaroo Point are popular spots for fishing and picnics/BBQs, and Sandy Cape, about a 30 minute drive north, is a beautiful bay and well protected on a windy day.
There's lots of action if you want it - Sea Lion Tours at the Lobster Shack, Sky Diving in Jurien Bay, hitting the sand dunes with your buggy or bikes, hiring tennis / basketball courts at the Bowling Club... just ask me and I can provide more information. You'll love Cervantes.
