Château d’Aspinall isn’t just a house, it’s a home. A home away from home.
We’ve travelled far and wide and stayed in many places, and we’ve tried to bring the best of everything we could back here.
We chose to do it here in Watson because we love this community so much (and we live around the corner) and we want to share it with as many people as we can.
Our home is very versatile - perfect for professionals, families and groups of friends, for short or long stays.
The space
The home is a two-storey terrace house with living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything from a quick bite to a five-course gastronomic feast. There’s unlimited NBN wifi and a 50” smart TV, and a handy built-in desk. A powder room and a laundry with a combined washer/dryer, iron and ironing board complete the downstairs amenities.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has an ensuite and a cute little balcony with views onto the gum trees across the road. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and mountain views. They share a second bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the lovely front patio that captures the morning sun in the winter, and the rear garden is great for lounging around over a BBQ and beers in the afternoon.
The entire home has been thoughtfully, generously and lovingly appointed. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did bringing it together.
