With stylish decorating touches throughout, the house is close to buzzy Darling Street, the Rozelle Markets and public transport, although a street parking permit is available upon application. It’s also just ten minutes drive from Sydney’s CBD Downtown). The Space: Ascend the front steps and the first thing you’ll find is a landing with leafy pot plants and an outdoor setting for two, the perfect place to relax with a morning newspaper. Continue into the house which features sleek, dark-stained wooden floorboards. The front bedroom has a double bed and French doors which open up to the landing. Down the hallway you’ll come to the first bathroom with stylish marble tiles and a full length bathtub with frameless glass and a shower combined. This ground floor level is also home to a beautifully decorated, open-plan kitchen/dining and living area with polished concrete flooring. The kitchen comes fully equipped with coffee making facilities, five-burner cooktop and under-bench electronic oven, dishwasher and Fisher & Paykel washing machine. A hand-crafted wooden herringbone dining table seats eight, with nearby bifold doors opening up to a leafy side garden with fairy lights that come on automatically at dusk, creating a magical ambience. The kitchen/dining area flows through to a living space with a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with soundbar. More bifold doors open up to a verdant cobblestoned garden which has been featured in ‘Better Homes & Gardens’ magazine; a perfectly charming oasis.
