Positive: The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Free WiFi and a good distance from the train station. Staff were very helpful over email.

Negative: Shared property with permanent residents. Residents can be noisy and untidy. The hot water in the shower is intermittent... the shower could do with a deep clean. The washing machine was cold wash only. The oven in the kitchen doesn't work, but there are 2 plug-in cooker tops.

Summary: Pleasant good value stay.
