Positive: Great location, easy access to darling harbour, broadway and the light rail.

Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable. The bedding and towels were old, towels thin and smelt, bedding was pilled, the pillow case on my son’s bed was yellow. The shower head in the ensuite was blocked and leaked everywhere resulting in very little water leaving the shower head. The toilet was also blocked. It was not possible to flush away usual body excrement. I had to vacuum the bedroom floor as it didn’t appear clean. The Wi-Fi code and password provided by booking.com was incorrect. Although we did manage to locate the correct one. The drain on the balcony was blocked, which had been noted in previous reviews. The days we were there saw very heavy rain and the balcony didn’t drain. We didn’t go outside. The dishwasher had the detergent dispenser closed with a piece of metal, so it didn’t open. There was very little in the way of tea, coffee and sugar.

Summary: Great location, disappointing standard of accommodation.
