Although very quiet, the apt. is close to Kings Cross Station, nightlife, Potts Point cafes, restaurants, Rushcutters' Bay Park. Bondi Beach a short bus ride. Inner city areas of Paddington, Darlinghurst and Surry Hills are an easy walk. The CBD a 20 min. walk or 1 train stop. Bondi Junction is 2 train stops.
The Space:
Built in 1928, Kaluah is in a gated Palm Court with no traffic passing directly past the building.
It is a renovated apartment, tastefully furnished with high ceilings and polished floors.
It comprises a bedroom, full bathroom with bath, compact, fully-equipped kitchen, lounge room and a sun room with a sofa bed.
The bedroom has another separate sun room. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sun room. The sofa bed has a comfortable inner spring mattress and is suitable for one adult only.
Parking is available in the street or nearby parking stations. (Some paid and some free street parking outside. Paid parking in nearby parking stations.) Bike and car share options are available in the street outside.
Please Note: There's an ongoing building work in Roslyn Street.
The units two doors up in Roslyn Street are having exterior works done.
It is going until mid-November.
Work starts at 7am.
There is no work on the weekend.
Guest Access:
Under bed storage contains personal items.
Other than that the whole apartment is accessible and guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
If you need to use the sofa bed, please let us know upon booking as we will need organize linen for your stay. We charge 35AUD for the extra linen.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
