Featuring two queen beds, air conditioning and free off-street parking, it's set back from hectic Melbourne city centre but also a short walk from the train station which gets you there in just 26 minutes. Set in a quiet, older-style development, this lovely, spacious, bright apartment is a refreshing change from the many dull modern apartments in the surrounding suburbs. Its colourful interior adds a stylish but homely touch to your prospective stay. This first-floor apartment has beautiful green views over the development's gardens and the living space is not closely overlooked by other properties.
Set up with two queen beds for up to four guests; you'll find air conditioning in the living room with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and a portable fan available in the second bedroom if needed on a hot day. Heating via the air conditioning system and portable heaters is also available for the colder months. Parking for one car on-site is free of charge in an allocated outdoor parking space and local street parking is available if you need extra parking.
The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook at home and there is also a nice dining area besides the kitchen. The apartment also has a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.
All the apartments we manage come with a detailed Welcome Letter so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person booked) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish bins when they leave.
Bookings for Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum 4 night stay. Any instant-book booking that do not comply with this will need to be cancelled.
Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review.
