This bright, clean and freshly renovated holiday house is great for families or friends who're looking for a place to wind down and relax. Located in Ashmore, you are only 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise and 15 minutes to major theme parks. This is a great place for families who're looking for holiday accommodation where they can still cook a meal and do their washing. There's also a beautiful outdoor setting to sit and relax and a pool area.
This is a ground floor apartment. Two bedrooms, the first containing a double bed the second a double bed bunk with a single on top, plus a separate single bed. There is a wardrobe with hangers and drawers. A luxury bathroom with his and hers vanity and a spa bath. Linen and towels provided. The living area provides reverse cycle air conditioning, TV with Foxtel, plus free Wifi. There is a fully fitted kitchen including microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine (the clothes line is in the back yard).
The apartment has it's own private access so you can come and go as you please. Free off street undercover parking. There is an undercover patio area.
I live upstairs (my living space has separate entrance). I will be there if you have any questions however I mainly keep to myself. I am available on my mobile and happy to interact with guests or to leave you to enjoy the lifestyle on offer.
I would appreciate if guests could be respectful of the apartment and grounds. I do not accept one night bookings the minimum say is two nights.

Ashmore is located 5-10 mins inland from the sandy beaches of Surfers Paradise. The neighbourhood has grocery stores, takeaway shops, a Tavern providing good meals, retail shops all just an 8 min walk. Ashmore also has a very good seafood and steak restaurant reasonably priced and very good food. If you enjoy walking, there is a park within 2 mins full of Australian bird life. If golf, tennis or yoga is more your style "Emerald Lakes" Golf club is 4kms away which also provides good food and drink. Across from the golf club is the "Metricom Stadium" which hosts "AFL" football games during it's season. Other useful distances are:- "Pacific Fair" shopping Mall is 12km, Griffith University and the Gold Coast Hospital is 4kms, Seaworld - 8.7kms, Movieworld - 12.3kms, Dreamworld - 20kms, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary - 33kms. Coolangatta airport is 34kms and Brisbane Airport is 79.6kms. If arriving into Coolangatta airport only road transport is available, however if arriving into Brisbane Airport - road transport or train is available. My nearest train station is "Nerang" which is 6.5kms to Ashmore. A taxi cab or use "Uber" is recommended as it's the cheaper option.
