The space
Lightning-fast unlimited wifi in all rooms and areas, spacious private bedrooms, large open plan kitchen lounge and entertaining area with possibly the biggest and comfiest modular sofa you have ever seen!
Outdoors:
Undercover outdoor patio features a Brick Pizza oven and comfy hanging egg chair. Nestled in a quiet back garden. (No large grassy areas)
Parking:
2 Garage spaces + 3 more off-street driveway spaces (5 Cars total)
Bedrooms:
MASTER: Queen Bed, bedsides, lamps and charging dock, huge walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
BEDROOMS 2 + 3: Queen beds, built-in robes, hotel-style bedheads with charging docks.
BEDROOM 4: Double + Single Bunk Bed, large TV, drawers etc.
Bathrooms (2.5):
Ensuite shower and toilet joining the Master Bedroom (accessible from hall also)
Bathroom with shower AND bath + separate toilet.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is large, modern, bright and fantastically equipped with all nice appliances including big sandwich press and NESPRESSO machine. Gas stove, tonnes of bench space and breakfast bar. LARGE double-door Fridge/freezer with Ice and water dispensers.
Loungeroom:
65 Inch Samsung tv, enormous modular sofa (can comfortably hold 4-5 adults laying down to watch a movie!)
6 Seater dining table
Fresh Towels, linens and standard amenities supplied in bathrooms
PIZZA OVEN: There is a brick pizza oven available to use most of the year. *Unfortunately cannot be used in Summer months or 'fire-ban' days due to the bushfire risk in the Adelaide Hills.
Wood can be purchased easily from the local firewood supplier just around the corner from the house.'Littlehampton Landscape and Firewood' or use Coal Beads purchased at Bunnings which is also just 2 minutes drive away.
Guest access
You are able to access the entire property. All the rooms listed are available for you to enjoy.
Other things to note
Please be aware parties are not permitted at this property.
This is a nice home to be enjoyed by guests looking for a relaxing getaway.
Please be respectful of our neighbours & keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
-This doesn't mean you cant enjoy yourself, chat, play music etc, please just keep it to a reasonable level after 9pm)
I live close by if there are any issues.
House parties will not be tolerated and will be shut down immediately with no refund.
