Perfectly positioned in sought after Arakoon on the Mid North Coast is a beautiful home surrounded by large tropical palm trees and frangipanis. Set on 2.5 acres of lush rainforest, this lovely house is a true oasis. Privacy and space but only minutes to town, schools and amenities. Gap Beach, Trial Bay, Big Smoky and Little Bay are just a few of the pristine beaches at your doorstep.
The home itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a large spa bath. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds (which can be turned into a king bed if requested) while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and a double bed. Also, there is a double sofa (Moran brand) bed located in the office area allowing to accommodate up to 9 people in total.
Bed linens and towel sets are provided.
Both the inside and outside of the home have been painted and create a beautiful sense of light with a great use of glass providing a sense of nature all around. New aircons upstairs keep things cool on hot days and a new fire place warms the whole house with the flu running through the upstairs bathroom with double shower heads. The main bedroom features cathedral ceilings and opens to its very own balcony surrounded by large trees.
The new kitchen features Caesarstone bench tops, Smeg oven, black granite Schock sink, integrated Bosch dishwasher, large pantry, a toaster, a kettle, Expressi coffee machine and quality Blum fittings in the cabinetry. Huge panoramic windows let in beautiful northern light and rain forest feels.
The open plan living space flows through to the huge outdoor decking area, perfect for large gatherings, daybeds and hammocks or relaxing around the fire pit.
Plenty of parking with a double carport provide ample space for storage, boats and caravans.
There is one bedroom studio in the property which we also list on Stayz. The house has its own patio and has a very private setting, however, you might need to share the garden if there are guests in the studio during your stay.
There is a little library with variety of books for all ages. A travel cot, a high chair, toys, a surf board, a body board, kids life jackets, a golf set and a skateboard can be provided if requested.
