Relax and unwind in the coastal chic holiday cottage that provides both comfort and functionality with reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. This beautifully designed home allows indoor living to flow seamlessly to the incredible outdoor entertaining area creating space in the light filled coastal chic holiday home.
Kioloa Blue consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan kitchen, living and dining. A fully fenced back yard for the kids to play and perfect for the your pet dog as well. Ample off street parking that even has room for your boat.

Bedroom 3 - 1 X Trilogy bunk (double with a single on top).
The second bathroom is located outside the laundry and is a full bathroom consisting of shower toilet and vanity.
All quilts, pillows and covers are provided.
Guests will need to supply their own sheets, towels and personal items. Linen hire can be arranged by contacting our office.
This home is pet friendly as they too are a member of your family. We do ask that you watch your dog around the kangaroos and also have them treated for ticks before you come.
Kioloa, a beautiful coastal town surrounded by National parks and the sparkling blue seas.Our beaches are only a 8 minute stroll away and are not patrolled but no matter the weather condition you will always find a beach to enjoy whether it be for surf, fish or a gentle swim. The boat ramp is also located at Kioloa which is known as a great fishing spot.
For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain or if you want to sit back, relax and taste award-winning wines at the Bawley Vale Estate Winery which is located only 11km from your stay. A short 30 minute drive into Ulladulla, you will find Cupitt's Estate for some more mouth-watering wine and food.
Located in the Kioloa, Bawley Point area is Merry Street Restaurant, the General Store and Bawley Takeaway and Saltwood, a local cafe/gift store. Bawley Point also has a shopping complex for all your needs.
Please note that we do require a security bond for this property. This pre-authorisation is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days.
