Our two-storey home on Wellington Street, Sellicks Beach, offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two living areas, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The large open-plan living area on the upper floor provides a versatile space for entertaining and spending quality time together. Step out onto the expansive balcony and enjoy outdoor dining while taking in the picturesque views.
The master bedroom, located upstairs, boasts a private ensuite bathroom and a balcony, offering a tranquil retreat within the home. The two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests. The thoughtful design and attention to detail ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Downstairs is home to bedroom 2 (queen bed), bedroom 3 (2x single beds), downstairs living room equipped with comfortable sleeping and a smart tv and a large family bathroom with shower and bathtub. The downstairs living room sofa pulls out to an additional queen bed, please request if you want the extra queen bed made up for you. 
Outside, the property features a large fenced backyard, providing a safe and private space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Whether you're enjoying a barbecue, playing games with family and friends, or simply basking in the sunshine, the backyard offers a perfect outdoor retreat.
Our home comes with beds made up and ammenities stocked. We can also provide a baby chair and cot if requested.

Guest's will have access to the whole home with exception to the car garage space. Guests may park their cars on the driveway.
