This one-bedroom, self-contained guest wing with a private entrance has a spacious porch overlooking a duck pond, with views out to sea, with Montague Island sitting on the horizon.
An easy 200m, three-minute stroll to Yabbara Beach, and just 400m, 7min walk to Joshs Beach.
There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, airfryer, toaster, and kettle.
There are two recliners to ease those aching bones.
A two burner BBQ with hotplate on the side, comfortable chairs and dining setting are on the spacious patio.
Dalmeny is a small tranquil village just north of Narooma. Sitting prettily on headlands between Mummuga Lake and Kianga Creek, Dalmeny offers magnificent views of Montague Island and the Tasman Sea. Visitors enjoy a choice of beaches, parks, and walks.
The IGA supermarket is a 14-minute walk /2-minute drive from the house.
Check-in is at 3pm. If I do not have a guest staying the night prior to your arrival, I can offer an early check-in.
