ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 Adults and 4 children. There is a trundle bed that will be added to accommodate guests 8 and a sofa bed for guest 9 and 10 (children only).
Bedding Configuration – 1 Double , 1 Queen , 3 Single. Eighth guest on trundle.
Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen if you wish to sleep a 9th child. Price for beds included 8 guests.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
