Guests will have access to all of the upstairs part of the home and the laundry/shower area underneath however the garages and under house is unavailable for guest use
Caves Beach is well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. There also is Frenchmans Beach, Hams Beach and Spoons Beach (which is a smaller beach).
Caves Beach is patrolled in the warmer month and offers well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. There is also a Kiosk with hot and cold foods, drinks and lollies for the kids.
On your way down to the beach, you also pass an IGA, Gelato and The Mawson which is great for a couple of casual drinks and a great meal.
