Just a short walk to the Fisherman's Paradise boat ramp, and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Lake Conjola, Coco is the perfect base for a South Coast getaway. You will have use of the entire cottage and yard.
"Coco" is perfectly set up for couples or families and offers a peaceful coastal getaway in a central location.
Fishermans Paradise is 2km off the Princes Highway between Nowra and Bateman's Bay, giving you easy access to many great beaches such as Bendalong, Manyana, Narrawallee, Mollymook and Ulladulla.
Lake Conjola, a short 10 minute drive, is the perfect location to take children of any age, with its calm clear turquoise waters and sandy bank. The nearby town of Milton is 8 minutes away and has cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The open plan living space is bright and spacious, with hardwood floors and a wall mounted air conditioner. The living room provides ample furniture and space for guests, with a six-seater dining table and two large couches. The room opens via a sliding door to an oversized undercover entertaining area for dinner and drinks with your group. Relax on the outdoor lounge under festoon lights while enjoying the view of well maintained gardens, gum trees and our friendly neighbouring highland cows, goats, and sheep.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with a quality mattress. There are two single beds in the second bedroom that can be pushed together if required to form a King-sized bed, and a lounge in the living room folds out to a sofabed. Two queen air mattresses are also available for guests to use.
The main bathroom is equipped with a shower over a bathtub. The kitchen is well appointed and has all you need for your stay. There is a European laundry with a washing machine and the essentials.
Each of the beds come with a fitted sheet and two pillows and a quilt. Guests are provided with bathroom towels, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies but will need to bring their own beach towels. There are also children's books and toys, as well as plates, cups and cutlery for the little ones.
The cottage is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and majestic old native trees.
The large backyard and driveway provide plenty of space for an extended family catch up if you would like to bring additional guests who are seeking to camp or set up their caravan.
