The open-plan design boasts tiled living areas, with a casual lounge and dining space that seamlessly flows onto a wide and inviting entertaining balcony, perfect for alfresco dining and gatherings, complete with a barbecue for culinary delights.
On the lower level, you will find a thoughtfully designed separate bathroom with laundry facilities, TV/rumpus room, internal access from the lock up garage, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a cozy workspace, third bedroom featuring a double bed on the lower bunk and a single bed above—ideal for family and friends.
The generous backyard is a pet-friendly oasis, equipped with an additional dining table and an outdoor shower to rinse away the day's beachside adventures. At Cooinda, every moment is tailored for comfort and joy, creating cherished memories for you and your loved ones.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly for the purpose of taking a refundable deposit bond in the amount of $500.00 required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
All COAST HOSTING homes are professionally deep cleaned and have the linen professionally laundered before each guest arrival.
