Positive: Location good. Kept awake by very noisy whirly bird in roof. Agent said they'd reported it to Strata. Didn't notify us that we'd be woken by roofers removing metal roofing and accessing roof via just outside our bedroom window at 7.00 am Day 5 of our stay. We're still waiting for a response from agent after we complained about the timing of the repairs as the apartment is empty after our stay. Obviously the roofing issue was more than a broken whirly bird and the repairs had been planned in advance without considering us. Access to the parking was difficult.
