The Station can be booked in three bedding configurations accommodating 16, 18 or 22 guests and includes The Country House, The Homestead andCooks House, all within a shortstroll to each other. With all guest quarters equally echoing classic Corunna class, no accommodation is less than the other, with every building on the Station styled with great taste andhigh comfort, reflecting its individual sense of place. The Country House
This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house comfortably hosts 12 overnight and will impress all of your guests from the moment they enter. All sleeping quarters are beautifully appointed with generous bedding and styled with high comfort in mind. Guests can stretch out and wander the property taking in the sights of the original saw mill, the vast shearing shed, as well as the rural vistas, neighbouring cattle and resident kangaroos.
Careful curation and cues from the property's rich past are blended with all the modern conveniences so guests can enjoy the heritage of this former working sheep station, the story of the families who lived there, and activities without making you feel like you're in a museum.
The open-plan house presents grand living and dining spaces that feature a vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling bay windows. It's the perfect interior blend of Australian Colonial meets designer India Hicks. Rich timber furniture and decor sit effortlessly against muted tones, calm stone facades, luxurious linens and rattan features. Within the living room, there’s an armchair for every mood and time of day so you can relax in your chosen spot by the open fireplace to catch up with friends, or curl up with a good story in a secluded corner of the property's entertainment and library room. In the summer, throw open the french doors and enjoy the breeze or set a temperature that suits you best as the property is fully air-conditioned.

Corunna Station Country House is one to experience all year round with entertaining spilling out onto the outdoor covered verandah. The outdoor dining table with seating for up to 22 guests is perfect for a BBQwith friends and family and the deep wicker chairs beckons the sitter to lounge about in them for an afternoon of lively conversation with a wonderful glass of Hunter wine in hand as you watch the sun go down.
The Homestead
The Homestead sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These quarters have been lovingly restored to perfection andcelebrates the elegance of wide hallways, periodfeatures and long afternoon shadows on the generous wraparound verandahs.
The 11 foot ceilings, striking overhead fans, patterned tiles,schoolhouselights and crisp cotton bedding are complimented by reclaimed and repurposed pieces from every era taking onnew roles throughout the house. Colonial, Danish and Victorian influences dance together effortlessly and create an interior of thoughtful surprise and delight for guests. Styled with classicwhite and romantic linens that interplay between jet black enamel features, up-cycled walnut treasures all set against the crisp white walls that usher you to enjoy the individuality of everyroom.
In winter, the custom kitchen will have you roasting and toasting with a fine bottle of Hunter wine to your heart’scontent whilst your guestslounge next to the open fire.Withboth bathroomsfeaturingadeep,shapelyclawfoottubs, you’ll find every reason to soak and, linger longer. The house is self contained and features 2 king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,one with shower and the other, a classic claw-foot bath. Enjoy the comfort of air-conditioned bedrooms, generous bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen andsitting room with a loungeperfect to enjoy a movie or snooze.
The undercover outdoor entertaining verandah can be enjoyed in all seasons with gorgeous views of the Brokenback Range, exterior overhead fans, gasBBQ, outdoor lounge and dining table, plus a Chiminea for use in winter only. While away the evenings with friends over the games table for chess and cards, or enjoy thelibrary of books, Netflix and a complimentary port in hand - everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The Garden Room
Guests can also gather and enjoy the Garden Room. A beautiful addition to the existing Country House,thisunique space wascreated to accommodate yourchoice of set up either as aconference room or dining area to share a memorable meal together for up to 22guests. Your guests will enjoy the air-conditioned comfort as well as beautiful views through the large picture windows showcasing the natural landscape beyond.

Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the camerais prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $2000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
