This immaculate 2 storey family home is a 4 minute walk to bustling Main Street Mornington and a further 12 minute walk to the beach!
Although modern in appearance, this home has a strong sense of beachside life which is evident from the minute you step through the door. A sense of calm, and sense of “Ahh, I’m on holiday”
On the ground level you will find 3 queen size carpeted bedrooms, each with split system air conditioners, wall mounted tv’s, BIR’s and ensuite bathrooms with heated towel racks.
Linking the downstairs bedrooms is a large formal lounge room with a 42” TV and a gas fire place.
Further down the hallway, you will find the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. The lounge room has a wall mounted 55” TV (inc Foxtel + Netflix + Stan). From the lounge room you can bring the outdoors in by folding back the bi-fold doors to the decked court yard complete with inground pool, outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.
Preparing and serving meals is a dream in this very spacious kitchen comprising of a large fridge/freezer, 900mm oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The generously sized breakfast bar seats up to 5, and is the perfect place to serve meals when you want a more casual style or kids meal. Alternatively the expandable dining table can seat 6 – 12 comfortably.
Also on the ground level is the huge laundry which has both a washing machine and dryer, loads of bench space and a bar fridge and separate bar freezer.
The long carpeted staircase leads you up to the extra large attic inspired playroom/bedroom which has a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. This room has a queen bed.
Also upstairs is the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed, 42” wall mounted TV, split system air conditioning, ceiling fan and a large ensuite comprising of a separate WC, spa bath, large shower, double basins and a heated towel rack.
All of upstairs is carpeted except for the ensuite.
Off street parking at the front for 2-3 cars and street parking is also available.
This house is in a fantastic position to ensure you get both the cafe and beach life Mornington is famous for.
If the kids are needing more of a run around, the primary school is 50mts away, and has all you need to have your own sports day either on the courts or on the large football/cricket oval.
Please note that as this is a residential house and not a permanent “Holiday Rental”, we request limiting loud noise on the deck after 10pm in respect of our neighbours.
