All the things you need in one cosy cottage with a retro/vintage vibe. Plenty of outdoor green space for parking the boat and cars. 4 good sized rooms, 2 queen bed rooms, one single and a bunk room with a bottom double and top single. 5 minutes drive from the lake for boating, or perhaps park the car and walk/bike a section of the Waikato River Trail. No Internet here so spend time together with lots of puzzles, games, books and DVD's provided. A small kitchen with all the amenities, including a soda stream. Towels, linen and toilet paper provided. Washing machine, dryer, clothes line and clothes racks provided and a wood burner for those cold nights. The house is in renovation mode so do expect some cosmetic defects and improvements to be in progress. These will not effect your stay.
