Summary: I reserved 2 rooms. One for myself and husband and one for friends. Their room smelled and had flooding on the bathroom floor. They were initially told that there were no more rooms available and they couldn't be moved. After some deliberation the hotel manager, Mikki, found a room for them to move into and said they could have the room gratis as well as any incidentals and breakfast. The reservation was made by me, Judy Eiss, and my friends' room was under Vicki McCutchon. This was for Courtyard by Marriott Princeton for 10/11-12/25, itinerary number 72066284519309.
